I am thinking about writing a short, lighthearted graphic novel about pirates. Would anyone actually read it if I uploaded it here?

Happy Hump Day! (Aka Wednesday)

So I am working on inking my drawings and what not, taking a short break to go to a doctors appointment, and I have decided to opt to become a beta tester for dA :)

The drawings that I am working on are some Pokemon, ponies, and some yugioh characters, all requests of course. I am also starting to think about an idea for my graphic novel stuff.

Pokemon: I have just finished inking :iconblackeyehawk:s request of his custom Pokemon team. I decided to do them separately instead of a group shot because of the various sizes of all the Pokemon; putting them in one shot would be impractical.

Ponies: I think that they are requests from :iconwikkinikki: and :iconazure-zecron:, and I have those ponies sketched but not yet inked.

Yugioh: they are characters from a fan fiction of yugioh and I have pulled descriptions and started thinking about what they are going to look like.  This is bring done as a request.

Graphic Novel: so, in high school, we started this project about a graphic novel. I developed the characters, but never really did anything with them. Basically, it was about this girl named patch who had a robot friend and a pear friend who had this boat and were treasure hunting and considered themselves pirates. I don't really remember anything I was going to have them do, but I am trying to drink the old sketch book that I was using when I first starting thinking about this and see what I had made plans to do when it was first developed. I will develop characters and eventually get those up on here to get some feedback. Maybe it will be my first critique! Haha. And I figure I can get all the pages sketched out and then when my cintiq gets here in the mail, I can. Start inking. Idk if the will be in color yet. I would like them to be, but I might be mo interested in telling the story than the finished product.
I have a poll on this right now on my profile if you wanna answer it! :D

Character cards: I am also thinking about making custom trading cards. Which would consist of making basic Pokemon/yugioh type card format and creating art for them as we'll as attacks and what not. Maybe Pokemon cards? Pony cards? Thoughts? O.o

Beta testing: I think that I am fairly good at giving feedback, so maybe I would enjoy being a part of this. I hope that it does not become super frustrating. Haha. We will see.....

Internet issues: so, my Internet issues have not been resolved. I am going to have to buy a new wireless router, so posting will be an option, but prolly now live streaming for a week or so. We will see :/

Adoptables: also, I have 5 adoptables up right now, so go check those out. :)

Well, that's all I can think of.

Questions to comment on:
  1. What do you think about the Graphic Novel ideas? And any advice? Anyone have experience? I have ZERO. Haha
  2. Beta testing advice?
  3. Character cards thoughts? Yes? No?
  4. Go check out my poll on the graphic novel :D
Thanks!
